- The main aisleway is spacious, measuring 12 feet wide.
- The barn has an open-concept design with brand-new lighting installed in November 2023.
- The stalls measure 12 x 10 and have comfort mats and shavings.
- Each stall features a large window with secure bars.
- There is a well-designed outdoor riding ring with quality footing, jumps, and dressage letters.
- The indoor riding arena is impressive. It measures 200 x 84 and boasts brand-new footing and magnesium-facilitated dust control. The area is well-lit and equipped with fresh jumps.

- Picturesque private, well-maintained hacking trails are available for leisurely rides.
- There is also an inviting viewing room with a cozy fireplace and seating.
- A heated tack room with spacious individual lockers to store your equipment securely is available.
- There is a dedicated heated blanket room with ample space for your horse's blankets.
- The heated washroom is meticulously cleaned daily.
- The barn's convenient wash stall bay has hot and cold water.
- A secure heated feed room is available to ensure the quality and preservation of your horse's feed.
- An on-site heated office is available for administrative convenience

Turnout: 

Turnout is an essential aspect of our equine care program, and we have carefully designed six paddocks with electric and flex fences to ensure a secure and safe environment. The entire property is fenced in to provide maximum security. When the weather permits, horses enjoy daily turnout in lush and grassy paddocks, and one dry paddock is available for easy keepers. We offer various turnout options, including private, semi-private, and group arrangements, but additional costs apply for private and semi-private turnout. We take pride in providing individualized feeding and care programs tailored to your horse's needs within reasonable limits.

Water, Feed, Hay and Comfort:

Our commitment to providing optimal nutrition is evident in our feeding practices

- The horses are provided with hay four times a day. Hay is also available during turnout.
- The horses are grained twice a day. A third feed is available at an extra cost.
- We use high-quality feeds from Master Feeds, such as Podium, All-track, and Roughage.

- We can administer essential medications prescribed by your vet. 
- We add salt to the grain to promote hydration.
- Blanketing and booting horses for turnout are included within reasonable limits.

- Our insulated barn ensures year-round comfort for your horse, regardless of season.

- In the colder months, outdoor waters are heated for the horses.

Boarding Rates and Packages:
We offer boarding services for horses that meet any of the following criteria:
1. Board and take lessons. We welcome both show and non-show riders.
2. Retiree boarders.
3. Board and ride leisurely, preferably between 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Simply Board: $830.00, including HST.

- All indoor board amenities, excluding lessons.

Group and Private Training Board: $1270.00, including HST.

- One Group lesson weekly (if five weeks, add 5th lesson fee)
- One Private lesson weekly (if five weeks, add 5th lesson fee)
- With 24-hour notice, a lesson can be changed into a training/tune-up ride on your horse

- Two lessons a month can be made up with 24-hour notice via email.

Private Training Board: $1340.00, including HST.
